Easy to use E-wallet Vitapay linked to the bank, read the instruction below:

Download Vitapay app
Free download by searching key word “Vitapay” on App Store or Google Play Store. -

Input phone number
Open app and input the phone number used to register E-wallet Vitapay.
Note: The registered phone number has to be same with one registered Internet Banking of bank link

Select “Register account”
Tick “Read and agree with use conditions” and select “Register account”. -

Input OTP code
A message with OTP sent to your registered phone number.
Please check and input OTP excisely then “Continue”.

Creat log-in password (PIN)
Creat a password to protect your E-wallet account with 6 digits and re-type correctly.
Then select “Verify”.

At main screen, Select “My E-wallet”

Select “Bank link”

Choose logo of bank link
Click to select logo of bank link on screen -

Fill in information of bank account
Fill in information includes:
- Bank account or Card number
- Input CVV number
Note: Above information and phone number registered E-wallet Vitapay have to be same with the one registered at linked bank

Input OTP
OTP with 6 digits is sent to your registered phone number by linked bank. Please input OTP.

At main screen, select “Deposit”

Choose money source and input amount (minimum is 10.000 VND)

Re-check information and select “Verify”

Input password to finish transaction

At main screem, select “Withdraw”

Choose withdraw method “To linked bank” and input withdraw amount (minimum is 10.000 VND)
Withdraw service fee: 0.5%/transaction if user has total amount of withdraw transactions over 20.000.000 VND/monthFor example:- If user withdraws 18.000.000 VND within this month and continues to withdraw the nth transaction of 3.000.000 VND, withdraw service fee: 0.5% * (18.000.000 VND + 3.000.000 VND – 20.000.000 VND) = 5.000 VND
- From the (n+1)th transaction, withdraw service fee: 0.5% * transaction amount

Re-check transaction and select “Verify”.
